1. The Promotion

This is a free-entry giveaway ("the Giveaway") run by the Promoter across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook (together, "the Platforms") to give away one (1) prize of two (2) tickets to an Alex Warren show on his Australian tour. Entries also double as a vote on how the Promoter will finish their busking series (see clause 5). This Giveaway is a game of chance, the winner is selected by random draw, as set out below.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents only, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory, who are 13 years or older (the minimum age to hold an account on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook).

  • Entrants under 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent to accept and use the prize if they win. Any winner (or their guest) under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at the show, in line with the venue's own conditions of entry.

  • Entry is free no purchase, payment, or fee of any kind is required or will increase your chances of winning.

  • Immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

  1. Follow @cainanofficial on the Platform you're entering on (TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook).

  2. Comment on the official Giveaway post on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook, tagging @alexwarren and writing either "BUSK" or "BUTTON" to vote for which finale you'd like to see (see clause 5).

  3. One entry (one comment) per person, per platform. Entries from fake, bot, or duplicate accounts, or multiple entries by the same person on the same platform, will be disqualified and excluded from the draw.

  4. Comments must remain public until the draw takes place to be eligible.

  5. Both "BUSK" and "BUTTON" comments are equally valid entries into the prize draw, your choice of word does not affect your odds of winning the tickets.

  6. Entrants must still be following @cainanofficial at the time of the draw to remain eligible. If the entrant drawn is not following, the Promoter will redraw from the remaining eligible entries.

4. Entry Period

Entries open 12 August 2026 at 5:00pm AEST and close 19 August 2026 at 5:00pm AEST. Any entry received after this time will not be counted, either as a vote or as a prize entry.

5. The Finale Vote (Not a Prize Draw)

Separately to the ticket giveaway, the Promoter will total the number of eligible "BUSK" and "BUTTON" comments across all three Platforms combined. Whichever word receives more entries decides how the Promoter will push to finish the busking series: busking outside the Brisbane show, or pressing Alex Warren's confetti button during the show. This is a straw poll to inform the Promoter's own personal activity and does not itself carry a prize.

6. How the Ticket Winner is Chosen (Random Draw)

  • At close of entries, the Promoter will compile a full, numbered list of all eligible entries from all three Platforms combined (both "BUSK" and "BUTTON" comments included equally).

  • Each eligible entrant will be allocated one equal segment on a spinning wheel, in proportion to the compiled entry list, giving every eligible entrant an equal chance of winning regardless of platform or vote choice.

  • The draw will be conducted live and unedited, livestreamed on TikTok and Instagram, at 6:00pm AEST on 19 August 2026.

  • The winner will be the entrant whose segment the wheel lands on. The Promoter will screen-record the compiled entry list prior to the draw for verification purposes.

  • The winner will be announced publicly on the livestream and contacted by direct message on the Platform they entered on.

7. The Prize

  • One (1) prize: two (2) tickets to an Alex Warren show on his 2026 Australian tour, excluding the Perth and Adelaide shows (sold out as at the date these terms were published), ticket category subject to availability at time of redemption.

  • Approximate total prize value: $368.40 AUD.

  • The prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink, or any other costs of attending.

  • Tickets remain subject to the original ticketing provider's own terms and conditions (including any restrictions on entry requiring the attendee's name to match ID). The winner is responsible for checking and complying with these.

  • The prize itself is awarded to the winning entrant only and cannot be reassigned, resold, or reissued to a substitute winner, and has no cash or other monetary substitute, in whole or in part. The winner may bring one companion of their choice to use the second ticket, but may not sell, rent, or otherwise trade either ticket to any third party.

  • If tickets to the relevant show become unavailable before redemption, the Promoter will offer the next closest available Alex Warren Australian tour show of equivalent ticket type.

8. Claiming the Prize

The winner must respond to the Promoter's notification within 2 days of being contacted, providing the details reasonably requested to arrange the tickets. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within this time, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter will conduct a new random draw from the remaining eligible entries, following the same method in clause 6.

9. Platform Disclaimer

This Giveaway is run independently by the Promoter and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, or with Meta Platforms, Inc. (including its Instagram and Facebook products). By entering, participants release TikTok and Meta Platforms, Inc. (including Instagram and Facebook) from any liability arising from their participation in this Giveaway.

10. No Affiliation with Alex Warren

This Giveaway is independently organised and funded by the Promoter as a fan-run promotion. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Alex Warren, his management, record label, agents, or any official tour promoter or ticketing partner.

11. Privacy

By entering, participants agree the Promoter may collect and use their platform username and comment content to run, judge, and record the Giveaway, and (for the winner only) contact details to arrange delivery of the prize. This information will not be sold or shared with third parties and will only be kept as long as reasonably needed to run and record the Giveaway.

12. General Conditions

  • The Promoter may disqualify any entry reasonably believed to be fraudulent, abusive, made via a fake/bot account, or otherwise in breach of these terms, prior to the draw.

  • The Promoter may amend these terms or cancel/suspend the Giveaway where necessary due to circumstances outside their control (e.g. tour changes), and will notify entrants via the Platforms if this occurs.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter's liability in connection with this Giveaway is limited to the value of the prize.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
